Unfortunately, we just have to deal with it. At that point you would be approaching remake territory. Outsmart the heat or take down lawbreakers with the tactical weaponry at your disposal in a heart-pumping, socially. Unleash a savage sense of speed both as an outlaw and a cop in the worlds hottest high-performance cars. I imagine they would have to completely redo the physics of the game from scratch. Feel the thrill of the chase and the rush of escape in Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered on Nintendo Switch. I'm still learning programming but since the physics seem to be tied to the framerate, they would have to do more than just some work on it. But isn't that the point of a remaster, to do some actual work on the game?įor the 60fps is fine crowd, I'm happy that youre happy but once you have gotten used to playing at 144hz or similar, going back to 60 feels like a stopmotion slideshow. I'm not a programmer but I can imagine its a lot of work. Its a bit disappointing that the devs didn't put in the work to remove the gamespeed and physics interactions based on framerates. I'm just going to assume its going to be the same story on this version.
